Boone after racing motor cross and flat track motorcycles for many years,
his wife encouraged him to change to stock Cars. His first win was in 1981
at Stuart Speedway, Iowa in Street Stock Class. Career highlights include
7 Track Championships at Hamilton County Speedway, Modified and Late
Model. Late Model Championships at DesMoines, Eldora, 2 Deery Brothers
Senes Championships, Super National win in Late Model Class, Busch Tour
Rookie of the Year and 139 Career Feature Wins at Hamilton County
Speedway, Busch All star Tour Pole Award Championships.
The thrills of racing for him are
Competition and beating the young guys. His most exciting racing moment
was the Super Nationals win 1998-having his family involved. He is most
proud of having fun and few enemies at the race track.
