Dange Hanniford drives the #65 Hooters Pro Cup series Class car.  His home track is Florence Motor Speedway but he can also be found racing at Myrtle Beach Speedway.  He lives in Florence, SC.

Dange started racing in 1993 in the Go Karts Class at Darlington Kartway because his Grandparents took him to Florence Speedway.  He always wanted to race but they wanted him to play baseball.  His first win was that same year.  Dange switched to Late Model's in 1998, winning Rookie of the Year in 1998 at Florence Motor Speedway.

The thrill of racing for Dange is that there is nothing else like it.  You work so hard to get to the track.  It's so rewarding when you get it!  They worked on the car for two years just to get to race.   His most exciting racing moment was be able to race Pro Cup!!!  He's most proud that he has worked hard to get where he is at now.

Of racing, Dange says, "It's a lot of hard work!".
