Lance Grady drives the #48 Modified Class car.  His home track is Virginia Motor Speedway but he can also be found racing at Potomac Speedway.  He lives in Maidens, VA.

Team members helping Lance are: Frankie Higgs, Robert, Mike Higgs, Chilli, Mike Bowmaster and many friends and family.  Nancy Grady is the car owner.

Lance started racing in 2004 in the Dirt Mod Class at Virginia Motor Speedway because it was a family tradition with Dad starting in the mid 60's.  Career highlights include 2005 Virginia Motor Speedway Budweiser Modified Rookie of the Year.

The thrill of racing for Lance is pushing it to the edge.  His most exciting racing moment was racing side by side with Chuck Marks for 4th for the last 3 laps.  He's most proud of his 2005 ROTY Trophy and the respect of the other drivers.  Also being a part of Desperado Racing.

Lance's racing heroes are his Dad and Dale Earnhardt Sr.

Of racing, Lance says, "It's fun, exciting and a great hobby.  Remember that a lot goes on off the track in order to give the fans something to remember!".
