J T Polk drives the #48 Sport Modified Class car.  Her home track is Route 66 Motor Speedway but she can also be found racing at Lonestar Motorsports Park.  She lives in Anna, TX. 

Team members helping J T are:  Irven Polk, Zach Dodson, Kevin Reynolds, Dewayne Hill, Paul, Dexter & Desmond Dunn.

J T started racing in 1998 in the Thunder Bomber Class at Speedbowl because it looked like fun.  Career highlights include consistent Top 5 in Street Stock over the past 4 years. 

The thrill of racing for J T is beating her own personal best.  Her most exciting racing moment was winning her first Street Stock A Main.  She's most proud of being the first female to ever win an A-Main at Route 66.

J T's racing hero is Steve Kinser.

Of racing, J T says, "You have to be dedicated but the rewards are worth it.  It's called racing not winning.  That's what make it worthwhile when you   win!".
