Justin "The Rowdy Cupcake" Shaw

Justin Shaw drives the #55 Southern Sport Mod Class car.  His home track is Abilene Speedway but he can also be found racing at Ladyluck Speedway and Heart O Texas Speedway.  He lives in Sweetwater, TX.

Team members helping Justin are:  Lance Shaw, Tracey Shaw, Marvin "Smitty" Smith.  Lance Shaw Dairy is the car owner.

Justin started racing in 1998 in the Go Kart Class at Mesquite Hills Speedway.  His first win was in '99 in the Go Kart Class at Mesquite Hills Speedway, 2002 in the Jr. Mini and 2005 in the Sport Mod.  Career highlights include '03 Texas State Jr. Mini Champion, '04 New Mexico Jr. Mini Champion, '06 Abilene Hobby Stock Track Champion, '07 Runner-Up National Rookie in Sport Mod, 20th in National Points in Sport Mod.

The thrill of racing for Justin is being able to compete against some of the world's best race car drivers.  His most exciting racing moment was qualifying for the Southern Challenge in '07 in IMCA Southern Sport Mods.  He's most proud of meeting everyone and making new friends.

Justin's racing hero is his Father who works for everything Justin's ever had.
