Cody Godbey drives the #825 Hot Stock Class car.  His home track is Grayson County Speedway.  He lives in Sherman, TX.

Cody started racing in 2000 in the Bomber Class at Grayson County Speedway because it is a family tradition.  His first win was that same year.  Career highlights include 2003 Hot Stock Champion, '03 Monster Mash Champion, '04 Monster Mash Champion.

The thrill of racing for Cody is the competition and thrill of Victory.  His most exciting racing moment was his first Hot Stock win.  He's most proud of carrying on his family name in racing with the same success.

Cody's racing heroes are his Dad, David Godbey and Keith McCullough.
