Joey Matthews drives the #8 Cruzer Bruzer Class car.  He lives in Timmonsville, SC.  His home track is Florence Motor Speedway.

He started racing in 2003 in the Cruzer Bruzer Class at Florence Motor Speedway for fun. 

The thrill of racing for Joey is the speed and control.  His most exciting racing moment was watching people wreck in front of him and missing them.  He's most proud to finish!
