James Marshall drives the #5 Modified Class car.  His home track is Potomac Speedway but he can also be found racing at Virginia Motor Speedway.  He lives in Saint Leonard, MD.

Team members helping James are:  Bill Wygant, Bob Lupini, Dad - James W. Marshall, wife - Robin Marshall, Dave Williams.  James Marshall and Bill Wygant are the car owners.

James started racing in 1990 in the Go Karts Class at King George Speedway for the competition and love of cars.  His first win was that same year.  Career highlights include 3 Go Kart Championships, 2 Modified Lite Championships at Middleford Speedway in DE.

The thrill of racing for James is the payoff from all of your hard work when you win.  His most exciting racing moment was his first Championship win at Middleford Speedway, the last race of the year that decided the Championship.  He's most proud of paying his own way and doing it his way.

James's racing hero is Dale Earnhardt Sr.
