Donnie Smith drives the #1$ Street Stock Class car.  His home track is Potomac Speedway but he can also be found racing at Winchester Speedway and Hagerstown Speedway.  He lives in Fredericksburg, VA.

Team members helping Donnie are:  J. R. O'neill, Bruce Hare, Crew Chief - B. J. Andrews, M. J., Buddy, Dad, Tricky Ricky, Dale, Josh, Mike, Wife - Jennifer, children - Carley and Lucy.

Donnie started racing in 2005 in the Street Stock Class at Hagerstown Speedway because it is a family thing.  He's always been around racing his entire life, growing up close to Dorsy Speedway in MD.  Career highlights include finishing 5th in the Points at Potomac Speedway in '07. 

The thrill of racing for Donnie is the rush of sliding sideways.  His most exciting racing moment was when his younger brother, Dale, won his first race.  Donnie's most proud of finishing races.

Donnie's racing hero is Tony Stewart.
