Robbie Sanders drives the #9 Modified Open Wheel Class car. He lives in Bowling Green, Ky. His home track is  the Barren County Speedway.

He started racing in 1992 in Go-Karts at Slick Rock Speedway, because his dad raced and  also for the fun of it. His first win was in 1993 in Go-Karts at Slick Rock. Career highlights include, Raced on ESPN2 at Saturday Night Lightening, finished 18th, out of over 100 cars, at the  Dirt Track World Championship at Daytona. He finished in the Top 5 for 3 consecutive Years at Highland Rim Speedway in the Late Model Division.

The thrill of racing for  Robbie is the excitement of the competition. His most exciting racing moment is every time the green flag is dropped. He is most proud of  the friends he has made.
