Johnny Threet drives # 32 Pro Street Class car. He lives in  Scottsville, Ky. His home track is Barren County Speedway but he can also be found racing at Brownsville Speedway.

He started racing in  1976 in Street Stock Class at Barren County Speedway because he had always been a racing fan and the family time is wonderful. His kids were raised at Barren County Speedway, it is something his whole family loves to do. His first win was in 1977 in Street Stock Class at Barren County.

Career highlights include, Track Champion at Barren County Speedway in 1980's (Street Stock), Track Champion at Barren County in 1995 (Pro Street), Track Champion at Barren County Speedway in 1999 (Pro Street), Feature Wins-So many he can't remember.

The thrills or racing for Johnny are "speed and winning and the challenge. When you get beat trying to figure out what to do so you don't get beat again". His most exciting racing moment  was winning his first big money race. He is most proud of  being Three Time Track Champion.

Johnny's racing hero is William (Fats) Coffee.

Of racing, Johnny says, "Racing is a family sport that's been around for years. Something the family can do together and it's safer than being in a car on the highway.
