Kelly Welter drives the Limited/Hobby Stock Class car.  His home track is Farley Speedway but he can also be found racing at Dubuque Speedway.  He live sin St. Donatus, IA.

Team members helping Kelly are:  Jeff Willis, Chris Rieff and Dale Heinze.

He started racing in 2001 in the Fun Class at Farley Speedway after taking over his brother's car.  His first win was that same year.  Career  highlights include 8 wins in 2001 and 3 wins this year in Limited.

The thrill of racing for Kelly is just being there - the whole racing thing.  His most exciting racing moment was his first win.  He's most proud of winning the Cindy Anderson Sportsmanship Award in 2004.

Of racing, Kelly says, "Go - you'll love it!".
