 Floyd Chambers

Floyd Chambers drives the #74 Pure Stock Class car. He lives in  Madison, In. His home track is Twin Cities Raceway.

He started racing in 2000 in Bomber Class at Brownstown Speedway, because he had always loved racing dirt bikes  but he "got too old so went to racing cars". He has had many Heat Race wins in Pure Stock Class at Twin Cities Raceway. Career highlights include, Fun Feast, Lawrenceburg, In. 2nd Heat Race, 8th in Saturday night,9th in Feature Twin Cities race, 3rd place 2003 Points, Brownstown Speedway-Bomber Class-Special Race-9th place.

The thrills of racing for Floyd are the high you get from it and the  speed of going  fast. His most exciting racing moment was Fun Feast at Lawrenceburg in 2003 when he finished in 2nd Place. Floyd is most proud of  when the first of the Season came and he started last, but by the end of the Season, he was in 2nd Place in Points 2003.

His racing hero is Tony Stewart.

Of racing, Floyd says, "It is nothing like playing the video games. And it takes time to keep them in good running order, and money too."
